Thank you for choosing Bounty Beauty Salon. Our goal is to provide every client with a professional, luxury salon experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and exceptional service for all guests, please review our policies below before booking.

Appointments

All services require a confirmed appointment.

A deposit is required for all appointments.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

All bookings must be made through Bounty Beauty Salon's official booking system.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are allowed a 5–10 minute grace period.

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

If the appointment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, the deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit.

Repeat no-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are required for all services.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services.

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by management.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

Salon Etiquette

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

No extra guests unless approved in advance.

Please arrive prepared for your scheduled service.

Respect your stylist's time and scheduled appointment slot.

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Bounty Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.

Communication Policy

To protect both our clients and stylists:

Stylists and clients should not exchange personal phone numbers.

All scheduling, booking changes, and service-related communication should be conducted through Bounty Beauty Salon.

Future appointments must be booked through the salon's official booking system.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling ill, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

For the safety of our staff and guests, clients experiencing contagious illness symptoms may be asked to reschedule.
